Paranoia:
Happiness is Mandatory

Paranoia: Happiness is Mandatory, is a Sci-Fi RPG based on the beloved pen and paper RPG, Paranoia. On this project I contributed as a Writer, Level Designer, and Quest Designer.

In my role as a writer for this branching narrative game, I wrote and implemented countless quests and dialogues but also handled the implementation of content from fellow writers, including those from our outsourced writers connected with the IP. I worked on the design of the branching dialogue system, quest systems, localization framework, and other essential narrative and quest tools.

Simultaneously, as a level designer, my responsibilities extended to overseeing 20% of the explorable game spaces. This encompassed diverse tasks such as puzzle creation, creating and balancing combat encounters, and managing ambient NPC populations.
