Like so many game developers, particularly outsourcers and co-devs, I've a collection of projects that I've worked on that still haven't released or that I can't say much about due to NDAs.

BIOSHOCK - Still In Development

CLOUD CHAMBER/BLACK SHAMROCK

Writer, Narrative Designer

This project was my greatest experience working in game dev to date. Unfortunately I cannot share too much before the game releases.

In my role as a Narrative Designer, under Marek Walton's direction, I had ownership over several major areas and beats along the critical path for both writing and implementation. I established a more efficient workflow for integrating text/dialogue into the game as well as redesigning their narrative tools for dialogue systems and localisation.

RUNEQUEST - Still In Development

CHAOSIUM/BLACK SHAMROCK

Writer, Narrative Designer, Game Designer

When I worked on Black Shamrock's video game adaptation of RuneQuest I worked alongside Chaosium's CEO, Jeff Richard. Aside from my game design tasks I wrote the high level overview for the game, character bios and arcs, cultures etc. This required significant research of the sixty years of roleplaying books on the IP. In the process I extrapolated on much of the IPs more obscure and esoteric lore from the world and as my work overlapped with Chaosium's publication, "The Red Book Of Magic", Jeff Richard credited me in its creation.
